In a sequel to the highly-rated original USA Movie, Cabin by the Lake, Stanley Caldwell resurfaces from anonymity when he hears that Hollywood is actually producing his infamous screenplay. Horrified to find they have rewritten his opus, Stanley arrives on the set, incognito, to do whatever it takes to get his original movie made. One by one, key members of the film crew disappear, as Stanley kills his way to the director's chair. Judd Nelson reprises his role.
